Elisaveta Sivas creates visionary art that aims to transform the world by inspiring unity, mindfulness, and ecological awareness. Her sculptures and paintings invite viewers into a space of reflection and interconnectedness, blending minimalist forms with profound symbolism. Through each piece, Elisaveta fosters a path to inner peace and collective harmony, offering art as a bridge to a compassionate, sustainable future.
“Know thyself, and you shall know the Universe and the Gods," is an ancient Greek aphorism that captures the essence of my work. When a person realizes they are the Creator, they transcend the chaos and suffering brought by the Ego-mind, shaping a beautiful, peaceful new world. True peace in every mind and heart will manifest as peace on Earth.
I see the role of the artist of the future as a healer of the trauma of the Anthropocene. Once healed internally, a person is no longer isolated - they feel oneness with the Universe, developing antifragility. Echoing Kandinsky’s ideas of deeper spiritual truths, I have chosen to be a conduit for new spiritual knowledge: to guide humanity toward awareness, offering a harmonious version of the future.
Through my sculptures, I seek to spark breakthroughs - moments of transcendence leading to a new self. My style is informed by the geometric abstraction and spiritual purity of Cycladic idols, reinterpreting the quiet elegance of Brancusi and Modigliani's forms. Influenced by European and Russian avant-garde, my work embodies the fluidity of metamodernism - a fusion of contradictions that invites us to accept the impossible and the unbelievable.
Through fluid, minimalist forms, I distill complex ideas into symbolic sculptures - expressions of the Creator as both nothing and everything, embodying absolute Love and Knowledge.
